Do I need a server?
Not necessarily. FaxTools eXPert Network can install on your existing structure
using a PC as a server or a Client PC.
That PC will then become your “server” for all the other PC’s
in your company to connected to.
So you can install FaxTools eXPert Network regardless of your business size,
your pre-existing equipment and your needs.
What type of modem do I need to use FaxTools
eXPert?

Analog Modem: FaxTools eXPert Network is
compatible with over 1,200 modems. With over 20 years
of experience in communication software, BVRP Software’s
expertise is renowned worldwide among modem manufacturers
and end users.

ISDN Modem: FaxTools eXPert Network
uses all the ISDN modems’ capabilities. It is compatible
with all the major cards developers including Eicon and
Bewan.
Also, if you are using a multi voice card, you will be
able to send large fax broadcasting simultaneously through
8 channels.

Internet: Use your DSL or cable connection
to send and receive all your faxes. You need to have
a subscription
with an IP fax operator in order to fax over the Internet.

from my company’s
network?
Yes you can use FaxTools eXPert Network without being
connected to your company’s network and still use all the features
the product offers.
FaxTools eXPert Network

Network will use your internal modem (granted your mode
support the autonomy mode) to send and receive faxes.
Once you are back at the office and reconnected to your
network, all the new data will automatically synchronise

The faxes arrive at the server level and then, the person who has access to the

If you have an ISDN line in place you will be able to send incoming faxes directly
to the designed recipient of the fax. This is a good way to ensure confidentiality.

Automatic Distribution by preference
number or keywords:
If you associate FaxTools eXPert Network to a list of keywords or to the list
numbers assigned to the different contacts within your company, the faxes will
automatically be routed to the appropriate contacts.
