Netviewer is a sleek, easy-to-use desktop sharing tool that allows Internet users to view each other's screens simultaneously and/or adminster remote PCs and servers. A few buttons are enough to operate it, and thanks to the intuitive user interface, there is no need for instructions or training.

Netviewer one2one is the preferred solution for anyone who works together with one other person, e.g. a business partner, customer or colleague who is located elsewhere. Via the internet, the two partners can simultaneously view each other's PC screen, assign certain remote control rights to each other and jointly edit documents.

By default, your partner has view only rights and thus sees the application and file you are currently working with. If required, you have the option to grant your partner certain remote control rights, so that you can jointly edit files in any application available on your PC. You can of course withdraw these remote control rights at any time. With a single mouse-click, you can exchange roles, so that you are viewing the screen of your partner, provided of course that you have been given permission. In the same easy way, you can again switch back to the initial roles.

If you wish to use Netviewer for support purposes, you can adjust the default settings so that initial view direction is reversed.

Netviewer one2one is the ideal tool for a wide range of applications: Sales personnel can communicate with customers as if they were in the same room. Support staff do not have to leave their office to help users solve a problem, as Netviewer lets them access the customer's screen. In day-to-day business, more and more people use Netviewer to jointly view and edit documents. In many companies, Netviewer is an established communications tool, right beside e-mail, fax and telephone.

Maximum security is assured using a 16-character key phrase and then the standard Windows logon, all traffic is encrypted using the 128-bit Blowfish data exchange format.
